Returns
- 30-Day Window: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit if shipped within the window.
- Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- FINAL SALE: Any product 40% off or more is a FINAL SALE ITEM excluded from returns.
- Other Non-Returnable: gift cards, and items without tags, worn items, shoe boxes shipped that are not in a shipping box, damaged shoe boxes cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: A return label will be provided. Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, including for multiple size orders.
- Orders Under $79: Customers cover return shipping.
- Same Items multiple sizes: These returns will have original shipping costs and return costs deducted from refund as it increases cost to ship dramatically.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Place a new order, and we’ll issue a refund once your original item is returned. This helps get you the item faster.
