There's a USB port outside of the pack so you can charge your phone while using it. Place a portable power bank (not included) inside of the pack and connect it to the cable in the bag. Now you can plug your phone to the external port and charge without opening your bag.
The Nupouch Daypack can be worn crossbody style as a messenger bag, or over the shoulder as an alternative to a purse. Both regular and large sizes are perfect for everyday use.

Returns
30-Day Window: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit if shipped within the window.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
FINAL SALE: Any product 40% off or more is a FINAL SALE ITEM excluded from returns.
Other Non-Returnable: gift cards, and items without tags, worn items, shoe boxes shipped that are not in a shipping box, damaged shoe boxes cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
Free Returns: A return label will be provided. Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, including for multiple size orders.
Orders Under $79: Customers cover return shipping.
Same Items multiple sizes: These returns will have original shipping costs and return costs deducted from refund as it increases cost to ship dramatically.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Place a new order, and we’ll issue a refund once your original item is returned. This helps get you the item faster.
