The Tera is a medium sized frame that fits small to medium sized heads and most head shapes. Sculpted nose pads and arms are designed to provide just the right amount of grip without causing discomfort ensures a comfortable fit in all elements. Returns
- 30-Day Window: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit if shipped within the window.
- Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- FINAL SALE: Any product 40% off or more is a FINAL SALE ITEM excluded from returns.
- Other Non-Returnable: gift cards, and items without tags, worn items, shoe boxes shipped that are not in a shipping box, damaged shoe boxes cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: A return label will be provided. Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, including for multiple size orders.
- Orders Under $79: Customers cover return shipping.
- Same Items multiple sizes: These returns will have original shipping costs and return costs deducted from refund as it increases cost to ship dramatically.

Exchanges
